Our Projects

See what the work
made possible.

Six houses restored over four years. Explore selected projects through photographs of the starting points, the work, and the finished spaces.

Project 1

A new beginning for a small home

Our first house needed work from the ground up. The team leveled floors, opened the living and kitchen areas, reconfigured the bathroom, added bedroom closets, and turned the back porch into a laundry room.

Projects 2 & 3

From a familiar store to two homes

The former Raggedy Ann and Andy’s store presented a different challenge. The original house and its later addition became two separate homes. The work included rethinking room layouts, installing kitchens and bathrooms, and restoring hardwood floors.

Latest completed project

640 N Elm Street

The sixth project is complete and currently offered for sale. The property listing provides photographs and details about the restored historic home and separate guest home.

The work behind each room

The finished photographs are only one part of these projects. The work involved problem-solving, learning new skills, and people contributing their time and effort.
